When To Use The Drops
Put one or two drops into your eye up to
four times each day. If you forget, put some in as soon as
you remember then go on as before. You should see a doctor
if there is no real improvement after 2 days.
Ingredients
Contains 0.1% w/v Propamidine Isethionate.
The colourless aqueous solution also contains Benzalkonium
Chloride Solution BP (0.01% v/v), Ammonium Chloride and Sodium
Chloride.

Brolene eye drops are effective for treating
minor eye infections such as sticky eyes, inflammation of
the eyelids (blepharitis) and mild cases of conjunctivitis
in adults and children. For external use only.
Brolene eye drops are sterile when you buy
them so you must not keep them for longer than 4 weeks after
opening the bottle. (If the drops are being used in a hospital,
the bottle should be thrown away 7 days after it has been
opened). Do not wear hard or soft contact lenses if you are
using Brolene eye drops. Do not drive or operate machinery
after using the drops until you are sure that you can see
clearly. If you continue to have problems with seeing clearly,
stop using the drops and tell your doctor immediately. To
avoid passing on the infection you should never let anyone
else use your bottle.
If you get any skin troubles such as a rash
or itching around your eyes or if they become more red, stop
using the drops and tell your doctor immediately. Do not use
the drops if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding a baby,
do not use the drops unless they have been prescribed for
you by a doctor.
